回復期リハビリテーション病棟に入院する大腿骨近位部骨折患者を対象に入院時から転倒恐怖感の評価を縦断的に行い，転倒恐怖感の縦断的経過と身体機能・身体活動・ADL自立度の関連性を明らかにする

Functional Ambulation Categories（FAC）、病棟内ADL歩行獲得日数、5-item Geriatric Depression Scale（GDS5）、Vitality index（VI）
評価期間：入院時、入院1カ月後、退院時

前向きコホート研究
2024年8月-2025年8月に当施設に入院患者のうち，転倒により大腿骨近位部骨折を呈したもの
入院時に基本情報を診療録より調査し，入院時，入院1カ月後，退院時身体活動量，その他の評価を行う．転倒恐怖感は1週間ごとに調査を行う．また，退院1カ月後には転倒恐怖感と身体活動量を聞き取り調査行う

Patients admitted to our facility between August 2024 and August 2025 with a proximal femur fracture due to a fall
Basic information will be obtained from the medical record at admission, and physical activity and other assessments will be made at admission, one month after admission, and at discharge. Fear of falling will be assessed every week. Fear of falling and physical activity will be interviewed one month after discharge
