・自立した生活を送っており、心臓病、糖尿病、高血圧症など重篤な疾患を有し
ていない若年者
・18 歳-30 歳
・研究への参加意思が確認できた者
・重度の月経前症候群（PMS）を有していない者（女性のみ）
・運動トレーニングを継続的に（過去1 ヶ月間に週1 回以上）行っていない者

Leading an independent lifestyle and free from severe conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, etc
Willing to participate in the study
Not experiencing severe premenstrual syndrome
Not engaging in regular exercise training
