人々が自分自身に合った気分転換をおこなって、精神的に健康な生活を送るための基礎的検討をするため、「アルコール飲料やカフェイン飲料の飲用行動の個人差」「アルコール飲料やカフェイン飲料の飲用行動および音楽聴取の個人差/世代間差」「気分転換における飲料への態度の個人差」を把握する。

In order to examine the fundamentals of how people can create their own personalized mood swings and lead mentally healthy lives,"individual differences in drinking behavior of alcoholic and caffeinated beverages," "individual/generational differences in drinking behavior of alcoholic and caffeinated beverages and music listening," and "individual differences in attitude toward beverages in modulating moods " will be identified.
