規定食摂取の前後に空腹時ならびに食後の食欲調整ホルモン濃度および食欲の測定を行い、その90分後にビュッフェ形式の食事におけるエネルギー摂取量と食品選択を評価する。

Fasting and postprandial circulating concentrations of appetite-related hormones and appetite are evaluated before and after consuming a prescribed meal. 90 minutes later, energy intake and food preference are evaluated during a buffet meal.

コントロール(規定食なし)の前後に空腹時ならびに食後の食欲調整ホルモン濃度および食欲の測定を行い、その90分後にビュッフェ形式の食事におけるエネルギー摂取量と食品選択を評価する。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
①年齢が65から80歳であること。
②女性であること。
③通院に関わる薬剤の服用およびサプリメントの使用が無いこと。
④重い腰痛・膝痛で通院していない方。
⑤禁煙者であること。
⑥過去6-12ヶ月間に体重の5%以上の増減または研究期間内に減量を予定していない方。
⑦研究期間内に他の研究の対象者となっていないこと。
⑧食行動（慢性的な暴食・食事制限）が乱れていない方
⑨研究内で提供される食事を摂取できる方。

1. Age between 65 and 80 years old
2. Female
3. Not taking any prescribed medications or dietary supplements
4. Those who have not been attended a hospital with severe back or knee pain
5. Non-smoker
6. A participant who did not experience weight changes plus or minus 5 % in the past six to twelve months and who has no intention of losing weight during the study
7. Not participating in other studies while they are participating in the present study
8. Those with no disordered eating behaviour (chronic binge eating and food restriction)
9. A participant who can consume the test meal in the study

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
①年齢が65から80歳でないこと。
②男性であること。
③通院に関わる薬剤の服用およびサプリメントの使用があること。
④重い腰痛・膝痛で通院している方。
⑤喫煙者であること。
⑥過去6-12ヶ月間に体重の5%以上の増減または研究期間内に減量を予定している方。
⑦研究期間内に他の研究の対象者となる予定のある者および既に他の研究の対象者となっている方。
⑧食行動（慢性的な暴食・食事制限）が乱れている方
⑨研究内で提供される食事にアレルギー食品があるため摂取できない方。
