選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1) 急性心不全の診断にて入院し、医師によって心臓リハビリテーション (心リハ) が処方された患者
2) 心リハ開始時の検査で吸気筋力低下を認めた患者
3) 心リハ開始時の検査で2分間歩行試験が実施可能な患者

英語
1) Patients admitted due to a diagnosis of acute heart failure and prescribed cardiac rehabilitation by a physician.
2) Patients who have inspiratory muscle weakness on examination at the start of cardiac rehabilitation
3) Patients who are implementable the 2-minute walk test on the examination at the start of cardiac rehabilitation.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 入院前自力歩行不可
2) 補助循環、人工呼吸、非侵襲的陽圧喚起、人工透析、大動脈バルーンパンピングなどの集中治療を必要とする重症心不全
3) 重度の大動脈弁狭窄症
4) 閉塞性肥大型心筋症
5) 血行動態異常を引き起こすコントロール不良の不整脈
6) 重度の呼吸筋力低下または呼吸筋に影響をおよぼす呼吸器疾患または神経筋疾患(COPDや重症筋無力症など)による吸気筋力測定不可
7) 脳卒中、外傷またはその他の病態によって測定に参加できない
8) ベースラインの測定が完了する前に退院が予定されている

1) inability to walk independently before admission
2) severe heart failure requiring intensive care such as circulatory support, ventilator, noninvasive positive pressure ventilation, hemodialysis, and intra-aortic balloon pumping
3) severe aortic valve stenosis
4) obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
5) poorly controlled arrhythmia causing hemodynamic abnormalities
6) inability to measure inspiratory muscle strength due to severe respiratory muscle weakness or the presence of a respiratory or neuromuscular disease that affects respiratory muscle strength (e.g., chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, myasthenia gravis)
7) impairment due to stroke, injury, or other medical condition that precludes participation in the measurement
8) anticipated hospital discharge before baseline study measures could be completed.
