高齢2型糖尿病患者においてサルコペニアの合併が歩行機能へ与える影響について、サルコペニアを合併している群と合併していない群で比較検討をおこなう。

65歳以上の2型糖尿病患者
ADL(日常生活動作)が自立している

英語
Type 2 diabetes patients over 65 years old
Independent in ADL (activities of daily living)

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
低血糖を頻回に生じている患者
脳血管疾患あるいは神経疾患により歩行機能障害をすでに有する患者
他の臨床試験に参加中の患者
重度の腎機能障害(血清クレアチニン値1.5 mg/dl以上)を認める患者
重度の糖尿病性神経障害を認める患者
他の重篤な合併症を有する患者
医師の判断により対象として不適当と判断された患者

Patients with frequent hypoglycemia
Patients with pre-existing walking dysfunction due to cerebrovascular or neurological disease
Patients participating in other clinical trials
Patients with severe renal dysfunction (serum creatinine > 1.5 mg/dl)
Patients with severe diabetic neuropathy
Patients with other serious complications
Patients who are judged to be inappropriate for the study by the physician's judgment
