バレーボール競技者の怪我の発症リスクや痛みの影響を調査する．また痛みが運動機能に与える影響も調査する．そしてトレーニング指導により運動機能などの向上が認められるか再度運動機能を調査する．

To investigate the risk of developing injuries and the impact of pain in volleyball players. The influence of pain on motor function will also be investigated. The athletes' motor function will be investigated again to see whether the athletes' motor function improves as a result of training guidance.

バレーボール競技者であること．日常生活に問題がなく，大学の授業も問題なく受けることができている．

Must be a competitive volleyball player. They have no problems in their daily life and are able to attend classes at the University without any problems.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

大学生以外．バレーボールが不可能なほどの怪我がある場合．大学授業が受講困難な心身，精神的状況の場合

Non-university students . In case of an injury that makes it impossible to play volleyball . In case of physical, mental or emotional conditions that make it difficult to attend university classes.
