Participants who do not have any orthopedic disease of the lower limbs at the time of obtaining consent
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

同意取得時点で下肢に整形外科的疾患を有する者
週に2回以上、下肢の筋力トレーニングを実施している者

Participants who have orthopedic disease of the lower limbs at the time of obtaining consent
Participants who are conducting strength training of the lower limbs at least twice a week
