膝周囲骨切り術時に下記の薬剤を含んだ関節周囲カクテル注射を行う
ロピバカイン塩酸塩0.75% 40mL
ケトプロフェン50mg/2.5mL
メチルプレドニゾロンコハク酸エステルナトリウム0.8 mL(50 mg)

Percutaneous periarticular analgesic injection including ropivacaine 0.75% 40 mL, ketoprofen 2.5 mL [50 mg], and methylprednisolone sodium succinate 0.8 mL [50 mg] just before osteotomy around the knee.

膝周囲骨切り術時に下記の薬剤を含んだ坐骨神経ブロック注射と大腿神経ブロック注射を行う
・坐骨神経ブロック　レボブピバカイン塩酸塩0.5% 20ml 100mg
・大腿神経ブロック　レボブピバカイン塩酸塩0.33% 15ml 50mg
