健常者および腰痛者の車いす座位時における腰部多裂筋の筋血流動態を測定し，座角の変化による経時的変化を検証することを目的とする

To investigate changes in relative circulation over time on the lumbar multifidus in subjects with and without low back pain (LBP) sitting on ready-made wheelchair with and without seating cushion.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

腰部多裂筋の組織血液量（以下Total-Hb），組織酸素化血液量（以下Oxy-Hb），組織脱酸素化血液量（以下Deoxy-Hb）とする．携帯型近赤外線組織血液酸素モニター装置（NIRS）を用い，疼痛側（健常群は右に統一）のL5-S1部位の腰部多裂筋の血液循環動態を，課題動作（20分の動画視聴）にて測定を行う．対象者に，レディメイドの車いす座位で課題をしてもらい、その際の腰部多裂筋の組織血液循環動態の変化を，座面クッションの有無で測定を行い，比較検証を行う．

英語
Near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) will be used to non-invasively measure total hemoglobin (Total-Hb), oxygenated hemoglobin (Oxy-Hb), and deoxygenated hemoglobin (Deoxy-Hb) of lumbar multifidus at L5-S1 segment. All measurements will be obtained in sitting on a ready-made wheelchair. Subjects will be asked to watch the video for 20 minutes. The measurements of Total-Hb and Oxy-Hb were compared sitting on with and without eating cushion.

a history of lumbar surgery, immunological diseases (rheumatism, etc.), and neurological symptoms of the lower extremities.
