主な結果/Results

すべての対象者がプログラムを完遂した。フレイル予防に関わる基本的知識については、すべての項目で有意に向上した。地域とフレイル予防については、教育、福祉サービス、情報収集及び費用の理解において有意に向上した。また地域社会への態度尺度及び健康管理に関する自己効力感も有意に向上した。

All subjects completed the program. Basic knowledge related to frailty prevention improved significantly in all areas. Regarding the community and frailty prevention, understanding of education, welfare services, information gathering, and costs also improved significantly. Attitudes toward the community and self-efficacy regarding health management also improved significantly.

群馬県前橋市M地区に在住する高齢者で、男性7名(77.9±7.3歳)および女性4名(79.8±5.6歳)で、全員が自宅から会場まで徒歩で来場することができた。学生グループは、呼びかけに賛同した医療福祉系大学生3名（第1学年女性3名）であった。

The participants were elderly residents of the M district of Maebashi City, Gunma Prefecture, comprising seven men (77.9 +/- 7.3 years) and four women (79.8 +/- 5.6 years), all of whom were able to walk from their homes to the venue. The student group consisted of three medical and welfare university students (all first-year females) who agreed to participate.
