膵癌群:切除可能膵癌、切除可能境界膵癌と診断された患者
対照群:非膵癌患者

More than 20 years old and less than 90 years old
Pancreatic cancer group: Patients diagnosed with resectable pancreatic cancer or resectable borderline pancreatic cancer
Control group: Patients without pancreatic cancer

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
（1）過去に癌に対する治療歴（手術、化学療法、放射線療法）のある患者
（2）重篤な腸疾患を有する者
（3）3か月以内に腸洗浄を行った者
（4）3か月以内に抗生物質、下剤を投与された者
（5）同意が得られない者
（6）解析に必要な量の検体を採取できない者
（7）対象として不適当と判断した者

(2) Patients with severe intestinal diseases
(3) Patients who have undergone bowel cleansing within 3 months
(4) Patients who have received antibiotics or laxatives within 3 months
(5) individuals who did not accept informed consent
(6) Patients who cannot collect the necessary volume of sample for analysis
(7) unsuitable individuals for this clinical study
