新たに可能となったゲノム・オミックス解析（エクソソームmiRNAプロファイリング、エクソソーム内代謝産物解析、エクソソーム内プロテオームプロファイリングなど）をあらゆる生体サンプルにおいて実施し、疾患に直結する分子病態解明およびそれに基づく治療法開発に繋げることを目的とする。

主な結果/Results

日本語
1) 神経変性疾患を中心に、合計639人の患者さんに参加いただき、全員から血液サンプルを得た。
2) 特にサンプル数が多かった疾患は、重症筋無力症203名、パーキンソン病113名、筋萎縮性側索硬化症106名、レム睡眠行動障害77名である。
3) 現在、これらの血液サンプルの中で、パーキンソン病患者の治療効果についての解析を進め、論文投稿を準備している。

1) A total of 639 patients, predominantly those with neurodegenerative diseases, participated in this study, and blood samples were obtained from all participants.
2) The diseases with particularly large sample sizes included myasthenia gravis (n = 203), Parkinson's disease (n = 113), amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (n = 106), and REM sleep behavior disorder (n = 77).
