本研究は、遺伝性心血管疾患のうち特に臨床的に疾患の多い心筋症・不整脈疾患・心臓弁膜症および肺高血圧症について遺伝子解析を行い、変異同定を行い、疾患関連蛋白質の異常を突き止め、それに加え臨床データや経過を検討することで、病態を解明することを目的とする。

This research will conduct genetic analysis of genetic cardiovascular diseases, including cardiomyopathy, arrhythmia, valvular heart disease, and pulmonary hypertension, which are particularly common clinically, to identify mutations and identify abnormalities in disease-related proteins. In addition, the aim is to elucidate the pathology by examining clinical data and progress.

1990年1月1日から長崎大学病院循環器内科、心臓血管外科および小児科で、遺伝性疾患とされている心筋症・不整脈疾患・心臓弁膜症および肺高血圧症と診断を受けた患者さんと、その血縁者で同意の得られた方。

From January 1, 1990, patients diagnosed with cardiomyopathy, arrhythmia, heart valve disease, and pulmonary hypertension, which are considered hereditary diseases, at the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, Cardiovascular Surgery, and Pediatrics, Nagasaki University Hospital. , their blood relatives who have given their consent.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

遺伝性とされていない心筋症・不整脈疾患・心臓弁膜症および肺高血圧症。
