日本語版便秘評価尺度 long-term版が5点以上の18歳以上39歳以下の女性

Women aged 18-39 years with a score of 5 or more on the long-term version of the Japanese version of the Constipation Rating Scale
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
(1)日本語の読み書きができない
(2)腰部や腹部の温罨法を日常的に実施している
(3)器質的な排便障害、または他の疾患等による二次的な便秘症状と診断されている
(4)インターネットに接続可能な情報端末デバイスを所有していない
(5)交代制勤務などで不規則な生活をしており、起床時の蒸気温熱シート貼用が難しい
(6)現在妊娠中か妊娠の可能性がある、または授乳中である
(7)これまでに蒸気温熱シートで皮膚障害を起こしたことがある

(1) Unable to read or write Japanese.
(2) Apply warm compresses to the lower back and abdomen usually
(3) Diagnosed with organic defecation problems or constipation symptoms secondary to other diseases
(4) Does not own an information terminal device with internet access.
(5) Has an irregular lifestyle due to shift work, etc., which makes it difficult to apply a heat and steam generating sheet when waking up.
(6) Currently pregnant or possibly pregnant or breastfeeding.
(7) Have experienced skin problems with heat and steam generating sheets
