2. 本研究に関する説明を受け、研究参加の同意が得られた患者

2. Those who have received an explanation of the study and have given their consent to participate in the study

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1. 2型糖尿病以外の原因による糖尿病患者
2. eGFR <30 ml/min/1.73m2の患者
3. 蛋白制限食を指示されている患者
4. 悪性腫瘍治療中の患者
5. 副腎皮質ステロイドや蛋白同化ステロイドを投与されている患者
6. 成長ホルモンを投与されている患者
7. 「分枝鎖アミノ酸補充が高齢2型糖尿病患者の糖・蛋白代謝に与える影響に関する研究（研究代表者：鈴木浩明）（H30-038）」に参加された患者
8. 研究責任者もしくは研究分担者が本研究への参加が適当ではないと判断した患者

1. diabetes other than type 2 diabetes
2. eGFR <30 ml/min/1.73m2
3. Those who are on a protein-restricted diet
4. Those who undergo treatment for malignant tumors
5. Those who receive corticosteroids or anabolic steroids
6. Those who receive growth hormone
7. Those who have participated in the previous randomized controlled trial evaluating the efficacy of branched-chain amino acids and soy protein at the University of Tsukuba Hospital.
8. Those who are determined to be inappropriate to participate in this study by the Principal Investigator or a Research Associate.
