本研究では，青壮年に対する孤独･孤立対策支援を検討するための基礎研究として，「孤独･孤立感と身体活動には関連があるのではないか」という仮説の検証を行う．

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1)群馬大学保健学科に所属する学生．
2)測定期間中，活動量計を装着して日常生活を過ごすことができる者．
3)測定期間中，群馬大学で修学している者．

英語
1) Students who belong to the Department of Health Sciences at Gunma University.
2) The participants must be able to spend their daily life wearing the activity meter during the measurement period.
3) Students who are studying at Gunma University during the measurement period.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1)測定期間中に，群馬大学で修学していない者（休学中，長期休業中，卒業予定等）．
2)2回目の測定（約6ヶ月後）時に，留学･学外実習等が予定されている者．
3)活動量計を外して活動する時間（部活動・アルバイト等）がある者．（就寝･入浴時は外して良い）
4)活動量計に激しい衝撃が加わる活動（格闘技･エクストリームスポーツ等）を行う者．
5)活動量計が濡れたり，水没したり，落下する可能性のある活動を行う者．

1) Students who are not studying at Gunma University during the measurement period.
2) Those who are scheduled to study abroad or have off-campus training during the second measurement period.
3) The participant must have time to do activities without taking off the activity meter.
4) Those who will be engaged in an activity that will cause a severe shock to the activity tracker.
5) Persons who engage in activities that may cause the activity meter to get wet, submerge in water, or fall.
