目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
主菜、副菜２品、ご飯で簡単かつバランスの良い１食が作れる点に注目し、我々は副菜（常備菜：例えばきんぴらごぼう、ひじき煮、ほうれん草とツナの和物など）に注目した。外来患者を対象に、栄養指導＋後日クッキングスタジオで副菜の調理指導（６種類）を行い、自宅でも同様に調理を行っていただくことで、食事の多様性の改善及び食物繊維の摂取量が増えるかを確かめる。

We focused on side dishes (such as kinpira gobo (fried burdock root), hijiki stew, spinach and tuna salad, etc.) because it is easy to prepare a well-balanced meal with a main dish, two side dishes and rice. We will provide outpatients with nutritional guidance plus cooking guidance (6 kinds of side dishes) in the cooking studio at a later date, and ask them to cook them at home in the same way to see if the dietary diversity improves and the dietary fiber intake increases.

栄養指導＋料理教室後による食品多様性スコア（FFQgより計算）が4週間後に改善するかを明らかにする。

栄養指導＋料理教室後の食物繊維摂取量、エネルギーや栄養素摂取量の改善、栄養指導＋料理教室後の体組成、HbA1cの変化、栄養指導＋料理教室後の食行動質問票スコアの変化を明らかにする。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1. 本研究の参加にあたり、十分な説明を受けた後に、十分な理解の上に、本人の自由意志による文書同意が得られた患者
2. 同意取得時に20歳以上75歳未満の患者
3. 糖尿病の診断基準に基づいて、２型糖尿病と診断された患者
4. 1回目の栄養指導から2回目の栄養指導まで治療内容（薬剤の種類）に変更のない方（インスリンの単位変更は可）。

1. patients who, after receiving full explanation and with full understanding, give written consent of their own free will to participate in this study
2. patients who are at least 20 years old and less than 75 years old at the time of obtaining consent
3. patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus based on the diagnostic criteria of diabetes mellitus
4. patients with no change in treatment (type of medication) from the first nutritional guidance to the second nutritional guidance (change of insulin units is allowed).

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 重度の糖尿病合併症（腎不全期、重症増殖性網膜症）、認知症を合併している患者
2. その他、研究責任者、研究分担者が不適切と判断した患者

1. patients with severe diabetic complications (renal failure stage, severe proliferative retinopathy) or dementia
2. other patients who are deemed inappropriate by the principal investigator or research coordinator
