手術前かつストレッチの習慣性がない6 歳から12 歳までの漏斗胸の子どもとその保護者

Children with Pectus excavatum between the ages of 6 and 12 years who are preoperative and not in the habit of stretching
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
ストレッチの習慣性（同様のストレッチを3か月以上継続している）がある患児、年齢相応のコミュニケーションを図れない（精神発達遅滞や知的障害の診断を受けている）患児とする

The child must be habitual in stretching (similar stretching for at least 3 months) and unable to communicate in an age-appropriate manner (with a diagnosis of mental retardation or intellectual disability)

主な結果/Results
日本語
ストレッチの平均実施率は約8割、途中でストレッチを中断した子どもはいなかった。研究者からの声かけは前向きになれたと回答した子どもは約9割、電話や外来での直接話す時期、間隔、回数は適切であったと答えた保護者は全員であった。今後もストレッチを継続したいと回答した子どもは約9割、保護者は全員であった。姿勢はよくなったと答えた子どもは約8割、保護者は約9割であった。胸部X線結果にてｒHI値の悪化がみられなかった子どもは半数にのぼった。

The average rate of stretching was approximately 80%. Approximately 90% of children reported that the researchers' encouragement helped them feel more positive. Approximately 90% of children and all parents expressed a desire to continue the stretches going forward. Approximately 80% of children and 90% of parents reported an improvement in posture. Chest X-ray results showed that half of the children did not exhibit worsening rHI values.
