食習慣と皮膚カロテノイドの関係を調べる。また、皮膚カロテノイドと健康診断結果の関係を調べる。以上から健康維持に望ましい皮膚カロテノイド量とそれを達成するための食習慣を推定する。

Investigating the relationship between dietary habits and skin carotenoid levels. Additionally, examining the relationship between skin carotenoid levels and health screening results. Based on these findings, estimating desirable levels of skin carotenoids for maintaining health and identifying dietary habits necessary to achieve these levels.

2) 本研究に自らの意思で参加を希望する者
