日本語
従来の腹部エコー検査による肝線維化・脂肪化は検査者の技術に依存しやすく、客観性・再現性に乏しい点が問題である。本研究では、腹部超音波検査におけるAI支援システムを用いた肝線維化・脂肪化定量に関して、超音波エラストグラフィーと肝線維化マーカーにおける肝線維化やMRIにおける脂肪化定量と比較することによって、日常臨床においてより簡便に肝線維化・脂肪化の評価が可能かどうか検証する。

Liver fibrosis/fatty degeneration by conventional abdominal ultrasonography is easily dependent on the examiner's skill and lacks objectivity and reproducibility. In this study, we will compare the quantification of liver fibrosis and fatty acid in abdominal ultrasonography using an AI-assisted system with that of ultrasound elastography and liver fibrosis markers and that of MRI to determine whether it is possible to assess liver fibrosis and fatty acid more conveniently in daily clinical practice. We will verify whether the assessment of liver fibrosis and lipidosis can be made easier in routine clinical practice.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

同意書取得してから腹部超音波検査、MRI検査を施行する。腹部超音波では肝線維化・脂肪化の程度について定性的・定量的に評価する。MRI検査では肝臓の脂肪量を定量化し評価する。

Abdominal ultrasound and MRI examinations are performed after consent forms are obtained. Abdominal ultrasound qualitatively and quantitatively evaluates the degree of liver fibrosis and lipidosis, while MRI quantifies and evaluates the amount of fat in the liver.

１） 肝疾患もしくは肝機能障害を有する患者
２） 年齢が20歳以上である（性別不問）
３） 本試験の参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後，十分な理解の上，患者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた患者である．

(1) Patients with liver disease or hepatic dysfunction
(2) Patients must be at least 20 years of age (regardless of gender).
(3) Patients must have been fully informed of the study and must have given written consent of their own free will.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 刺青・MRI非適応の体内金属を有する患者
2) 妊婦・授乳中および妊娠の可能性または意思がある（妊娠の疑いがある場合には妊娠反応検査を施行すること）．
3) その他，本試験実施上，患者の安全を損なう可能性がある，あるいは本試験実施計画の遵守が困難と判断される．

1) Patients with tattoos or MRI-unsuitable metal in the body
2) Pregnant or lactating women, or patients who may be pregnant or intend to become pregnant (a pregnancy reaction test should be performed if pregnancy is suspected).
3) Patients with other conditions that may compromise patient safety in the conduct of the study or make it difficult to comply with the study protocol.
