　・40歳以上の百葉の会職員とその家族、もしくは研究に協力いただける地域の方であり研究参加に同意の得られた方。
　・クミン・ターメリックなどのスパイスにアレルギーのない方。
　・重度の内科的疾患（心不全、腎不全など）を有していない方。

Momohano Kai staff and family members over 40 years old, or community members who are able to cooperate with the research
Not allergic to cumin, turmeric, or other spices.
Those who do not have serious medical conditions (heart failure, kidney failure, etc.).

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・全身状態が安定していない。
・能力に著しい影響を及ぼす合併症がある(整形疾患や認知症など)。
・能力に著しい影響を及ぼす投薬を受けている(向精神薬等)。
・妊娠中または妊娠の可能性がある。

General condition is not stable.
Has a complication (e.g.orthopedic disease, dementia) that significantly affects his/her ability.
Receiving medication (e.g. psychotropic drugs) that significantly affects ability.
Pregnant or possibly pregnant.
