・オリエンテーション、接遇研修、理念研修、パーキンソン病の基礎知識に関する講義、施設に設置されている機器に関する研修など（1週間）
・職種別研修（看護・介護・リハビリ）（1週間）
・新規施設開設に向けた準備、パーキンソン病患者の入居を想定したロールプレイ等（2週間）

Opening training classified by the following items will be conducted over a period of one month
Orientation, hospitality training, philosophy training, lectures on basic knowledge of Parkinson's disease, training on equipment installed in the facility, etc. (1 week)
Training by job category (nursing, care, rehabilitation) (1 week)
Preparation for opening a new facility, role-playing on the assumption of Parkinson's disease patients moving in, etc. (2 weeks)

1.同意取得時において年齢が18歳以上の者（性別は問わない）
2.新規開設施設に所属する医療専門職（看護師・介護士・リハビリ職）
3.本研究への参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた者

1. Persons who are 18 years of age or older at the time of obtaining consent.
2. Medical professionals (nurses, caregivers, rehabilitation workers) affiliated with the newly opened facility.
3. Persons who have been fully informed about their participation in this study, and who have given written consent of their own free will based on a thorough understanding of the study.

1.これまでパーキンソン病を専門とする有料老人ホーム等での就業経験のある医療専門職
2.その他、研究責任者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した者

1. Medical professionals who have worked in private nursing homes specializing in Parkinson's disease.
2. Other persons deemed inappropriate as research subjects by the principal investigator.
