本研究では、健常者（18歳以上80歳以下）を対象とし、３T MRIによる遂行機能課題時の脳機能・解剖学的ネットワーク、そして二重課題下での歩行速度についても計測し、健常壮年者のものと比較する。これらの結果から、歩行時の遂行機能における脳機能ネットワークの役割と加齢による変化を明らかにする。

In this study, we will investigate brain function and anatomical networks during executive function tasks by 3T MRI in healthy subjects (aged 18 to 80 years), as well as walking speed under a dual task, and compare them with those of healthy mature subjects. These results will clarify the role of functional brain networks in executive function during walking and changes with age.

①研究対象者に、質問紙（運動項目）への回答を依頼し調査を実施する。質問紙の設問は運動項目に関するものであり、取得する情報は以下の通りである。回答の所要時間は10分程度である。
１）基本情報：性別、年齢、視力、利き手、利き足
２）質問紙（介護事業などで用いられる基本チェックリストの運動項目：階段を手すりや壁をつたわらずに昇っていますか。椅子に座った状態から何もつかまらずに立ち上がっていますか。15分くらい続けて歩いていますか。この1年間に転んだことがありますか。転倒に対する不安は大きいですか。）の回答。

②研究対象者に、認知機能テスト（Mini Mental State Examination：MMSEとTrail Making Test：TMT）への回答を依頼し調査を実施する。回答の所要時間は両方合わせて10分程度である。

③研究対象者に、MRI計測を行う。所要時間は1時間から1時間半である。MRIの測定内容は拡散強調画像、安静時または課題時の機能的MRI画像を取得する。MRI計測中は、遂行機能課題、運動課題、遂行課題と運動課題を同時に行う課題の3つをそれぞれ行う。遂行課題にはStroop課題またはフランカー課題のどちらかを行うこととする。遂行課題は、MRI室内のディスプレイに課題を表示し、手元のボタンを押して回答してもらう。運動課題は足関節の底背屈運動を行うこととする。

④研究対象者に歩行課題としてTime Go Up test（TUG）を実施する。説明も含め所要時間は10分程度である。TUGは椅子に座った状態から立ち上がり、3m先の目印を周って椅子に戻り、椅子に座るまでの時間を計測する。TUGは歩行のみ実施する場合と簡単な暗算問題を行いながら歩行する場合の2パターンで実施する。

これらの計測を2時間～3時間で行う。

1. Research will be conducted by requesting research subjects to answer a questionnaire (exercise items). The questions in the questionnaire are related to the exercise items, and the information to be obtained is as follows. The time required to answer the questions is about 10 minutes.
(1) Basic information: gender, age, visual acuity, dominant hand, dominant leg.
(2) Questionnaire (exercise items from the basic checklist used in nursing care projects, etc.: Can you climb stairs without leaning against a handrail or wall? Can you stand up from a chair without holding onto anything? Have you fallen in the past year? (Do you have a great deal of anxiety about falling?) (2) The answers to the following questions.

2. The research subjects will be asked to respond to cognitive function tests (Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) and Trail Making Test (TMT)). The total time required for both tests is about 10 minutes.

3. MRI measurements will be performed on the same subjects. During the MRI measurements, subjects will perform three tasks: an executive function task, a motor task, and a task in which both the executive and motor tasks are performed simultaneously. The executive task will include either the Stroop task or the Flanker task. For the execution task, the task is displayed on a display in the MRI room, and the subject is asked to respond to the task by pressing a button on his/her hand. The exercise task will be a plantar dorsiflexion exercise of the ankle joint.
4. The Time Go Up test (TUG) will be performed as a walking task for the study subjects. The TUG consists of two types of tests: walking only and walking while performing a simple mental arithmetic problem.

These measurements will be made in 2 to 3 hours.
