日本語
誤嚥性肺炎の予防策としては、口腔ケアにより口腔内の衛生を保つこと、薬物療法により気道感覚を高めること、リハビリテーションにより喀出能力を高めることなどが挙げられている。特に、誤嚥性肺炎の主な原因として夜間の不顕性誤嚥があることから、口腔ケアによる口腔内殺菌や唾液の殺菌作用は必要不可欠であると考える。唾液は口腔内の環境を整える働きがあり、潤滑作用や緩衝作用，消化作用，抗菌作用などの機能をもつことが示されている。そこで、本研究では18～23歳までの若年層に対し、ショウガやラベンダーなどのアロマオイルを用い、嗅覚刺激を与えた場合の唾液量の変化及び、嚥下反射の効果について明らかにしたい。

Preventive measures for aspiration pneumonia include maintaining oral hygiene through oral care, enhancing airway sensation with drug therapy, and improving coughing ability through rehabilitation. In particular, as subclinical aspiration during the night is the primary cause of aspiration pneumonia, we believe that maintaining oral hygiene through oral care and the sterilizing effect of saliva are essential. Saliva has the function of regulating the oral environment, and has been shown to have functions such as lubricating, buffering, digestive, and antibacterial effects. In this study, we would like to clarify the changes in saliva volume and the effects on the swallowing reflex when aroma oils such as ginger and lavender are given as olfactory stimuli to young people aged 18 to 23.

ブラックペッパー、ラベンダー、ジンジャー、精製水をスティック状ムエットの尖端にマイクロピペットにて3滴(150μl)を量り滴下する。被験者にはムエットを少しずつ鼻に近づけて、香りを感じたところで手を止め、指定した時間(60秒間)香りを嗅いでもらうように指示する。その後、唾液を採取し、唾液量を測定する。さらに、反復唾液嚥下テストもおこなう。

Add 3 drops of black pepper, lavender, ginger, and purified water to the tip of the muette stick.The subjects were instructed to bring the muette closer to their nose little by little, stop when they felt the scent, and smell the scent for a specified period of time (60 seconds).After that, the examiner collects saliva from the subject and measures the amount of saliva. Additionally, we measure the RSST.

1) 摂食嚥下障害の診断を受けている者
2) 摂食嚥下障害への解剖学的（静的）な障害を有する者
3) アレルギー性鼻炎など嗅覚に何らかの影響のある者
4) 妊娠の可能性がある、または妊娠中や授乳中の者
5) 歯、舌刺激、嗅刺激によって嘔気や痛みなどの不快を生じる者
6) 義歯を装着している者
7) 認知症がある者、コミュニケーションに障害があり意思疎通が困難な者
8) インフォームドコンセントを与える能力を欠くと客観的に判断される者

1)Individuals diagnosed with dysphagia.
2)Individuals with anatomical (static) barriers to swallowing dysfunction.
3)Individuals with conditions affecting smell, such as allergic rhinitis.
4)Individuals who may be pregnant or are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
5)Individuals experiencing discomfort such as nausea or pain due to dental, tongue, or olfactory stimulation.
6)Individuals wearing dentures.
7)Individuals with dementia or communication impairments that make it difficult to communicate intentions.
8)Individuals objectively assessed as lacking the ability to provide informed consent.
