選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

(1) 特定健診後の運動勧奨評価
本研究事業について参加同意が得られた自治体を対象とする．
各自治体の2023年度特定健診の問診票において「日常生活において歩行又は同等の身体活動を1日1時間以上実施」の回答が『いいえ』であった者．
(2) 歯科健診の受診勧奨評価
本研究事業について参加同意が得られた自治体を対象とする．
2024年度の歯科健診対象者．

(1) Evaluation of exercise recommendations after specific health examinations
This study will target municipalities that have consented to participate. It will focus on individuals who answered "No" to the question "Do you engage in walking or equivalent physical activity for at least one hour daily in your everyday life" on the specific health examination questionnaires for the fiscal year 2023.

(2) Evaluation of dental examination attendance promotion
This study will target municipalities that have consented to participate. It will include individuals eligible for dental examinations in the fiscal year 2024.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

運動勧奨前に特定健診を受診した者

(2) 歯科健診の受診勧奨評価
受診勧奨前に歯科健診を受診した者
自治体によっては，歯科受診勧奨直前に死亡した者を除外する可能性がある．

Individuals who underwent specific health examinations before receiving exercise recommendations.

(2) Evaluation of dental examination attendance promotion
Individuals who underwent dental examinations before receiving attendance promotion. Some municipalities may exclude individuals who died just before the dental attendance promotion.
