術後期間と質的MRI検査におけるT1ρ map、T2map値が相関しており、質的MRI検査は自家培養軟骨細胞移植術後0-20年における移植組織の状態を低侵襲で検出できる。

2017年3月から2019年9月の期間中に質的MRI検査を膝関節軟骨損傷に対して自家培養軟骨細胞移植術を実施され術後0-20年経過した患者に対して実施する。
得られた画像からT1ρ map、T2mapを測定する。
同条件で形態的MRI画像を撮像する。
得られた画像からMOCARTスコアを算出する。
同条件で臨床スコア（Lysholm score, KOOS score, IKDC score, WOMAC score）を算出する。

Qualitative MRI will be performed on patients who have undergone autologous cultured chondrocyte transplantation for knee cartilage injury after 0-20 years between March 2017 and September 2019.
T1rho map and T2 map will be measured from the obtained images.
Morphological MRI images are taken under the same conditions.The MOCART score is calculated from the obtained images.
Clinical scores (Lysholm score, KOOS score, IKDC score, WOMAC score) are calculated under the same conditions.

術後質的MRI検査が実施できた。

An autologous cultured chondrocyte transplantation was performed for a knee joint cartilage injury.
A postoperative qualitative MRI scan was performed.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
質的計測が可能な画像検査が実施できなかった、もしくはデータ不良であった。

Imaging tests with qualitative measurements could not be performed or the data were poor.
