- Those who are more than 65 years old as of June 1st 2024

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

・食物アレルギーを持つ者
・定期的に栄養食事指導を受けている者
・嚥下障害がある者
・要介護認定を受けている者
・1ヵ月以内に、血圧が160/100 mmHgいずれかの値を超えていると自覚している者
・電子端末を用いて、オンラインツール利用することができない者

- Those aware of blood pressure above 160/100 mmHg within past one month
- Those who cannnot use online tools with electric devices
