選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
・変形性膝関節症を呈し、X線学的にKellgren-Lawrence基準によるgrade 3および／または4と診断されTKAを施行予定の者。
・本研究の参加にあたり、文書により参加同意が得られている者。

英語
Patients with osteoarthritis of the knee, radiologically diagnosed as grade 3 and/or 4 according to Kellgren-Lawrence criteria, and scheduled to undergo TKA.
The participants must have obtained written consent to participate in this study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・コントロールされていない全身疾患や歩行能力に影響を与える変形性膝関節症以外の神経学的またはその他の整形外科的な既往症がある者
・10m以上の独歩が困難な者
・入院時の長谷川式認知症スケール(以下，HDS-R)が20点未満の者

英語
Those with uncontrolled systemic diseases or pre-existing neurological or other orthopedic conditions other than osteoarthritis of the knee that affect the ability to walk.
Those who have difficulty walking alone for more than 10 meters.
Those with a score of less than 20 on the Hasegawa Dementia Scale (hereinafter referred to as HDS-R) at the time of admission.
