　児童発達支援事業所における公的サービスの枠内での、デスクにおける対面での個別セラピーを主体としたABA （Applied Behavior Analysis）による低密度行動介入訓練 （LIBI ：Low-Intensity Behavioral Intervention）が、ASD児のDQ改善にどの程度の効果があったかを検討する。

Low-Intensity Behavioral Intervention(LIBI)based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), which mainly consists of face-to-face individual therapy at a desk within the framework of public services at a child development support center, was used to examine the effectiveness of LIBI in improving the DQ of children with ASD. The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of LIBI(Low-Intensity Behavioral Intervention) in improving DQ of children with ASD.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1．未就学児（6歳以下）である。
2．医療機関でASDと診断を受けた。
3．1年以上通所し、乳幼児発達スケール（KIDS）を2回以上実施している児童。KIDSは乳幼児の自然な行動全般から発達を捉えることができる質問紙検査であり、運動、操作、言語（理解・表出・概念）、社会性（対成人・子ども）、しつけ、食事の９項目からなり、標準化されている。

The KIDS is a standardized questionnaire that captures the development of infants and toddlers in terms of their overall natural behavior and consists of nine items: motor, manipulative, language (comprehension, expression, and concepts), social (with adults and children), discipline, and eating. It is standardized.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1．医療機関で器質的または遺伝的疾患の以下の診断を受けた例は除外する。レット症候群、脆弱X症候群、結節性硬化症。
２．対象者のご家族等の代理人が研究への不参加を希望された場合は対象から除外する。

1. exclude cases with the following diagnoses of organic or genetic diseases in medical institutions Rett syndrome, fragile X syndrome, and tuberous sclerosis.
2. Subjects will be excluded if family members or other proxies of the subject wish not to participate in the study.

本観察研究のアウトラインを以下に示す。
1．事業所でのABAセラピーによる開始時に初回のKIDSを実施し、DQを記録する。
2．ABAセラピーを実施する（1h/回，1.5～5回/週）。
3．1年経過毎にKIDSを実施し、DQを記録する。
4．初回のDQと最新回のDQで対応のあるt検定を実施し、ABAセラピーの効果を検討する。ABAセラピー対象者の参加予定期間：入所～卒所・退所まで（1年以上6年以下）
このABAセラピーを行った100例中、ASDの診断をもち1年以上の行動介入を行い、かつ乳幼児発達検査スケール（以下KIDS）を2回以上実施した40例の統計分析を実施する。本研究では当事業所における週5時間以下という低密度(Low-Intensity)での行動介入による支援を行ったASD児のDQ分析結果を基にし、ABAによる専門的な支援とセラピーがASD児の発達とその家族への全体的な支援方法としてどの程度の効果があるかを考察する。本研究は個別の機能訓練を主体とした事業における、ABAセラピーによる療育実践の、過去を起点とした前後比較研究（後ろ向き観察研究）である。

The outline of this observational study is as follows
1. conduct an initial KIDS at the beginning with ABA therapy at the office and record the DQ.
2. ABA therapy will be conducted (1 hour/time, 1.5-5 times/week).
3. Conduct KIDS every year and record DQ.
4. conduct a t-test with correspondence between the first DQ and the most recent DQ to examine the effect of ABA therapy; expected duration of participation of ABA therapy subjects: from admission to graduation/exit (1 year to 6 years).
Of the 100 cases who participated in this ABA therapy, we will conduct a statistical analysis of 40 cases who had a diagnosis of ASD, had behavioral intervention for at least one year, and had the Infant Developmental Screening Scale (hereinafter referred to as KIDS) administered at least twice. Based on the results of the DQ analysis of the children with ASD who received low-Intensity behavioral intervention for less than 5 hours per week at our center, this study will examine the effectiveness of professional support and therapy with ABA as an overall support method for the development of children with ASD and their families. . This study is a before-and-after comparative study (backward-looking observational study) of the practice of treatment and education with ABA therapy in a project that focuses on individualized functional training, starting from the past.
