目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
1)放射線治療前後の呼吸機能検査データから得られた変化率を用い、放射線肺臓炎を定量化する。
2)治療前後の呼吸機能変化や4D-CTから得られた肺機能画像、肺のDVHパラメータを解析する事で放射線治療患者の治療後呼吸機能変化を予測する。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1) 20歳以上で組織学的に悪性腫瘍である事が証明されていること。
2) 過去に胸部への放射線治療歴がない患者。
3)　 肺癌に対して総線量が40Gy以上の根治的放射線治療を施行する予定の方。

英語
1) Patients must be at least 20 years of age and have histologically proven malignancy.
2) Patients with no previous radiation therapy to the chest.
3) Patients who are scheduled to undergo radical radiotherapy for lung cancer with a total dose of 40 Gy or more.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1)　 治療を必要とする活動性の間質性肺炎を合併している患者。
2)　 重篤な合併症(肝硬変、糖尿病、心疾患等)を有している患者。
3)　 妊婦及び授乳婦の患者。

英語
1) Patients with active interstitial pneumonia requiring treatment.
2) Patients with serious complications (liver cirrhosis, diabetes, cardiac disease, etc.).
3) Pregnant and lactating women.
