目標運動強度：最大吸気口腔内圧の70-75%
回数および時間：6呼吸を5セット（セット間2分間の休憩を挟む）、全体で10分半
吸気および呼気の時間：2秒吸気：3秒呼気

OSAの診断を受けている40-80歳の男女
OSAの診断を受けていない健康な40-80歳の男女

Men and women aged 40-80 with a diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea
Healthy men and women aged 40-80 years without a diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
現在、以下のいずれかの疾患を有する、もしくは治療を受けている方
慢性心不全、喘息、拘束性および閉塞性換気障害、中枢および末梢神経系障害、糖尿病 (HbA1c 7%以上)、甲状腺機能低下症、免疫不全疾患

過去3年以内に頭頸部または胸部の手術を実施された方
肥満指数Body Mass Index (BMI)が 40以上もしくは18.5未満の方
過去1年以内の治療中における無呼吸低呼吸指数Apnea Hypopnea Index (AHI)が15以上の方
混合型 (閉塞性および中枢性) 睡眠時無呼吸の方
安静時血圧が160/100 mmHg以上、もしくは100/60 mmHg以下の方
週に5回以上、中強度以上の運動をされている方
現在、喫煙している方, 健康成人の場合は、5年以内に喫煙していた方
＜女性のみ＞現在ホルモン治療を行っている方

Currently have or are being treated for any of the following
Chronic heart failure, asthma, restricting and obstructive ventilation disorders, central and peripheral nervous system disorders, diabetes mellitus (HbA1c > 7%),
hypothyroidism, immunodeficiency disorders

Head, neck, or chest surgery within the past 3 years
Body Mass Index (BMI) greater than 40 or less than 18.5
Apnea Hypopnea Index (AHI) greater than 15 during treatment within the past year
Mixed (obstructive and central) sleep apnea
Resting blood pressure greater than 160/100 mmHg or less than 100/60 mmHg
Exercise at least 5 times a week at a moderate intensity or higher
Current smokers,
<Healthy adults> Subjects who have smoked within the past 5 years.
<Women> Currently undergoing hormone therapy
