除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1.　喫煙者
2.　肥満者（BMI>30kg/m2）
3. 高血圧者（収縮期血圧>=140mmHg, 拡張期血圧>=90mmHg）
4. 身体活動に影響を与える病気または障害のある方
5.　薬物治療をしている方（抗高脂血症薬、降圧薬、血糖降下薬など。女性のみ　低用量ピル）
6.　食物アレルギーのある方
7.　（女性のみ）　正常月経周期でない方

3. hypertension (systolic blood pressure >=140mmHg, diastolic blood pressure >=90mmHg).
4.diseases or disorders affecting physical activity.
5. pharmacotherapy (including antihyperlipidemic, antihypertensive, or antihyperglycemic medications.(Female only) oral contraceptive).
6. a person with a food allergy.
7. (Female only) not in normal menstrual cycle.
