適切な野菜摂取習慣を身に付けることで大学生の野菜摂取量の増加と維持が出来るかの確認ならびに、そのモチベーション維持のために調味料配布が役立つかについて研究を行う。

1.食物アレルギーを有する者（卵、大豆、リンゴ）
2.特に消化器官の慢性疾患等で服薬や治療を継続している者（ただし、鼻炎や頭痛等で季節的に服薬している者は対象とする。）
3.まかない付きの下宿等に住み、自分で食事の選択ができない者

1,Individuals with food allergies (eggs,soybeans,apples)
2.Individuals with chronic digestive diseases requiring continuous medication or treatment (excluding seasonal medication for conditions such as rhinitis or headache)
3.Individuals living in boarding houses with meals provided, who cannot choose their own meals
