GPP患者とその主治医それぞれが目指す治療ゴール、治療満足度及び治療選好を明らかにし、それらに差異があるか、差異がある場合それを示し、どのような要因が関連するかを探索する。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

＜主治医の選択基準＞
(1)GPPに対する治療経験を1年以上有する者
(2)乾癬の治療のために生物学的製剤を処方した経験を有する者
(3)日本皮膚科学会認定皮膚科専門医の資格を有する者

＜患者の選択基準＞
(1)GPPと診断されてから1年以上経過している者
(2)GPPの治療のために実施医療機関に1年以上通院している者
(3)文書による同意が得られる者
(4)ePROを用いたアンケートに十分に回答できる者
(5)同意取得時の年齢が18歳以上の男性または女性

<Criteria for selecting the attending physician>
(1)At least one year of experience treating GPP
(2)Has experience prescribing biologics for the treatment of psoriasis
(3)Qualified dermatologist certified by the Japanese Dermatological Association

<Patient Selection Criteria>
(1)Those who have been diagnosed with GPP for at least one year
(2)Those who have been attending the implementing medical institution for treatment of GPP for at least one year.
(3)Persons with written consent
(4)Those who can satisfactorily respond to questionnaires using ePRO
(5)Male or female who is at least 18 years of age at the time consent is obtained

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

＜患者の除外基準＞
(1)生命を脅かすような急性症状を発現している者
(2)妊娠している女性
(3)治験、または他の臨床研究（観察研究）に参加している者
ただし、後ろ向き研究や、観察研究のうち非介入研究、侵襲のない臨床研究、または軽微な侵襲を伴う臨床研究は除く

<Patient Exclusion Criteria>
(1)Persons who are developing acute life-threatening symptoms
(2)Pregnant women
(3)Participating in clinical trials or other clinical research (observational studies). However, retrospective studies, observational study, non-interventional clinical studies or clinical studies with minor invasion are excluded
