選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1) 島根大学医学部附属病院 消化器・総合外科で手術を予定している消化器癌（食道癌、胃癌、大腸癌、肝細胞癌、膵臓癌、胆道がん）患者。
2) 研究参加について本人から文書で同意が得られている。

1) Patients with gastrointestinal cancer (esophageal cancer, stomach cancer, colorectal cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, pancreatic cancer, biliary tract cancer) scheduled for surgery at the Department of Gastroenterology and General Surgery, Shimane University Hospital.
2) Written consent for participation in the study has been obtained from the patient.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
1) 精神疾患を有する患者（もともと尿中バイオピリン値が高いため）
2) 血尿を有する患者（測定誤差が生じるため）
3) 月経中の女性（検体に血液が混入する可能性が高く、測定誤差が生じるため）

1) Patients with psychiatric disorders (because the urinary biopyrine level is originally high)
2) Patients with hematuria (because of measurement errors)
3) Menstruating women (because of the high possibility of blood contamination in the specimen and measurement errors) 4) Patients undergoing preoperative chemotherapy (because metabolites of anticancer drugs may enter the urine and lead to exposure of the examiner)
