割付後7日間の日中離床時間（9時から17時 Bed上端座位・車椅子座位を含む）

Out-of-bed time within the first 7 Days of randomization in the daytime between 9 am and 5 pm, which includes the time of sitting edge of the bed and wheelchair sitting.

副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes

割付後14日間の日中離床時間（9時から17時 Bed上端座位・車椅子座位を含む）・有害事象発生率・NIHSS・ｍRS　
ADL・QOL・座位保持レベル・歩行レベル・機器装着の有無・抑制の有無
鎮静剤投与の有無・活動度・離床時期・転帰・入院期間・合併症発生率・自宅退院率

・追跡時（３か月後）　
　ADL・座位保持レベル・ｍRS・歩行レベル・QOL・自宅生活率・復職状況・退院後回復期リハ施行の有無

・外来受診者のみ以下の項目の取得を行う
　NIHSS・TUG

・サブ解析目的での取得項目
　尿中クレアチニン値およびタイチン値　・疲労度　・せん妄の有無　・入院費用

初発の脳出血・脳梗塞
18歳以上
発症24時間以内に入院

First attack of cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction
18 years and older
Admitting to the hospital within 24 hours of onset

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

緊急手術を要した患者（血栓回収術は含まない）
脳卒中以外の深刻な疾患の合併
入院前からADLが自立していない患者（mRS ≧ 3）
進行性神経疾患の合併
緩和ケアの指示がある患者
早期に退院が見込まれる患者
研究に同意の得られなかった患者
