オボムコイド不含有加熱鶏卵食品の食物経口負荷試験を行い、食物経口負荷試験が陰性だった患者は同様の食品を自宅でも数回摂取する。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria
日本語
食物経口負荷試験により加熱した鶏卵8分の1個相当以下でアレルギー症状を認めた患者。

Patients with allergic symptoms to less than one-eighth of a heated hen's egg in oral food challenge.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
(1) 食物経口負荷試験前の3ヶ月以内に、ステロイド薬 (1mg/kg日以上)の治療を７日以上受けた者。
(2) 抗ヒトIgE抗体製剤、抗ヒトIL-5製剤、抗体ヒトIL-5受容体製剤、抗ヒトIL-4/IL-13受容体製剤、JAK阻害剤（内服）の治療中の者。
(3) 主治医が試験の実行は不可能と判断した児。

(1) Patients who received systemic steroid medication (1mg/kg/day or more) for more than 7 days within 3 months prior to the oral food challenge.
(2) Patients receiving anti-IgE antibody, anti-IL-5 antibody, anti-IL-5 receptor antibody, anti-IL-4/IL-13 receptor antibody, or JAK inhibitor (oral).
(3) Decision of ineligibility by a physician.
