本研究では、小・中・高校のスポーツ活動中に発生した外傷・障害について、受傷時の組織体制との関連を分析した。その結果、全国大会レベルの部活動は地域大会レベルより傷害予防の指導が多く、高校期の指導者は小学校期より競技復帰への助言・理解が多いことが示された。これらの知見は、学校スポーツにおける安全管理体制の構築に寄与するものである。

This study examined the association between sports injuries at the elementary, junior high, and high school levels and organizational safety structures. Nationally competitive clubs provided more injury prevention guidance than regional-level clubs (OR = 3.26, P < 0.05), and high school coaches offered greater support for return to sport than elementary school coaches (OR = 0.52, P < 0.05). These findings inform the development of safety management in school sports.

ある大学の学部１年生728名を対象に質問紙を配付した。
341名は回答なしで、回答ありは387名だった。
そのうち研究の同意を得られた384名を分析の対象とした。

Questionnaires were distributed to 728 first-year undergraduate students at a university. Of these, 341 did not respond, and 387 returned completed questionnaires. After excluding 3 students who did not provide consent to participate, 384 respondents were included in the analysis.
