選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1. 大腸ESDの適応基準を満たす病変
2. 術前内視鏡評価で病変径20mm以上と推定された病変

1. Lesions meeting the indication criteria for colorectal ESD
2. Lesions with a diameter estimated to be 20 mm or larger by preoperative endoscopic evaluation

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・研究参加に同意を得られなかった患者
・病変が肛門管に進展する症例
・病変が回盲弁に進展する症例
・複数病変の治療を行う症例
・病変が管腔の2/3以上を有する症例
・ニッケル過敏症を持つ症例
・消化器内視鏡診療ガイドラインに従った抗血栓薬のマネージメントをできない症例
・出血傾向を呈する基礎疾患をもつ症例
・妊娠中の症例
・その他, 担当医・術者が本研究参加に不適切と判断した症例

- Patients who do not give consent for the study
- Patients with lesions involving anal verge
- Patients with lesions involving terminal ileum
- Patients undergoing endoscopic resection for multiple lesions
- Patients with lesions more than 2/3 of the lumen
- Patients with nickel hypersensitivity
- Patients who are not managed according to guidelines regarding perioperative withdrawal of antithrombotic therapy
- Patients with coagulopathy at high risk of bleeding
- Patients who are pregnant
- Patients who are judged unsuitable for participation by the doctors
