To evaluate 1) the prevalence of coronary microvascular dysfunction, factors related to coronary microvascular dysfunction, and the prognostic value of coronary microvascular dysfunction, and 2) the relationship between coronary microvascular dysfunction and myocardial fibrosis as assessed by delayed contrast-enhanced computed tomography in patients with heart failure or cardiomyopathy in patients with heart failure or cardiomyopathy.

(1)冠微小循環障害と患者背景、血液検査、炎症系バイオマーカー、UCG、心臓CTにおけるGlobal ECVとの関連
(2)1－5年次の臨床アウトカム（複合心血管イベント、死亡、心血管死、非心血管死、心不全入院、脳梗塞、心筋梗塞、予定しない冠血行再建）

サブグループ解析
・HFpEF、HFrEF
・心筋症（心アミロイドーシス、肥大型心筋症、拡張型心筋症、高血圧性心筋症、薬剤性心筋症、心サルコイドーシス、頻脈誘発性心筋症など）

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

心不全もしくは心筋症の精査目的に冠動脈造影検査を行う患者で、心不全もしくは心筋症の精査目的に冠動脈造影検査を行い、プレッシャーワイヤーを用いて冠微小循環機能を測定した患者

Patients with heart failure or cardiomyopathy undergoing coronary angiography and CMD assessment with pressure wire.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

急性冠症候群
急性非代償性心不全
左前下行枝に冠動脈造影上目視で90%以上の狭窄
腎機能障害
造影剤アレルギー
冠動脈バイパスグラフト術後の患者

Acute coronary syndrome
Acute decompensated heart failure
Visual stenosis of 90% or more in the left anterior descending artery on coronary angiography
Renal dysfunction (GFR<30mL/min/1.73m2) not on dialysis
Allergy against contrast agents
Coronary artery bypass graft surgery
