変形性股関節症または変形性膝関節症と診断され、THAおよびTKA施行予定の患者
30m以上の独歩もしくは杖歩行が見守りにて連続で可能な患者

Patients who had total hip arthroplasty or total knee arthroplasty
The ability to walk 30m or more without assistance or with a cane

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

A participant was excluded if patients had any medical or neurological problem that would affect their ability to complete this trial, such as severe dementia, stroke, cardiac insufficiency, or acute respiratory failure.

神戸労災病院整形外科に入院し、変形性股関節症または変形性膝関節症と診断され、THAおよびTKA施行予定の患者
計測項目は基本属性、歩容、下肢筋力、下肢関節角速度、下肢関節可動域、疼痛、ADLおよびQOL

cohort study
Patients admitted to the orthopedic department of Kobe Rosai Hospital, diagnosed with hip or knee OA and scheduled for THA and TKA.
Measurement items include demographics, gait, lower extremity muscle strength, lower extremity joint angular velocity, lower extremity joint range of motion, pain, actibities of daily living,and quality of life.
