健常群：腰部以下両下肢に愁訴および疾患を持たない成人男女

腰痛群：3か月以上持続するよう背部痛を持つ、両下肢に愁訴及び疾患を持たない男女

Healthy adult group:
Healthy adults without any problems in the lumbar spine and lower extremities.

Low back pain group:
Adult without any problems in the lower extremitiesvwho had LBP for at least three months.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1. 観察期間中に本人が辞退を申し出た場合
2．観察期間中に追跡困難となった場合
3．結果に影響する、もしくはストレッチの継続が困難な傷病を来した場合

1. The participant requests withdrawal during the observation period.
2. The participant is difficult to follow up during the observation period.
3. Any illness or injury that may affect the study result occurs in the participant.
