2024年3月の調査結果。（途中経過まとめ）　大学病院で勤務する医師のうち150名から回答を得て、回答不備を除く145名を解析対象とした。有効回答率は19％であった。回答者の年代は、30歳代が50％、40歳代が28％であった。所属は、内科系40％、外科系45％であった。大学での毎月の当直回数は、1～2回が24％、3～4回が20％であった。大学でのオンコール回数は、1～2回が18％　、3～4回が25％であった。　この調査結果は、2024年7月にオンライン開催された第54回九州地区大学保健管理研究会で、発表した。

March 2024 Survey results. Responses were received from 150 doctors working in university hospitals.The valid response rate was 19%. Respondents were aged in their 30s (50%) and in their 40s (28%). The number of monthly on-calls at the university was 1-2 times per month (24%) and 3-4 times per month (20%). The results of this survey were presented at the 54th Kyushu Region Conference on University Health Managementin July 2024.

働き方改革の開始前に1回、開始後の半年後に1回、1年後1回の計3回観察調査の予定。 2024年３月の調査は、すでに実施された。次回は、2025年1月～3月の間に実施予定である。
