水分摂取の促しに応じようとしない認知症の高齢女性について、「ごっくん、ごっくん」という擬態語で水分の摂取を促すと、そうでない場合と比較して水分を速く飲むことができるかどうかを検討すること

To examine whether elderly women with dementia who do not readily drink fluids can drink fluids faster when prompted to do so by the onomatopoeia "gokkun, gokkun".

対象者がコップを唇につけるたび、その瞬間から水分を飲み終わるまでの間、コップを差し出した人が水分を飲み込むタイミングに合わせて「ごっくん、ごっくん」と声をかける

Each time the subject put the cup to his/her lips, from that moment until he/she finished drinking the fluid, the person serving the cup says "Gokkun, gokkun" in accordance with the timing of swallowing the fluid.

1) 木屋平診療所を定期受診中の認知症患者
2) 飲水を拒否しており、脱水症にて救急外来を受診した既往がある者

1) Dementia Patients regularly visiting Mima Municipal Koyadaira Clinic
2) Patients refusing to drink water and having history of visiting emergency room due to dehydration

2) 本人の代理で意思決定できる代諾者がいない場合
