鍼通電刺激開始から四日後における採血後，全血にLPSを添加し，その後分泌されたTNF-a濃度．

直径0.2mmの鍼を足三里へ2~3mm刺入し，15分間置鍼．これを1日一回，計4日間継続する．

Insert a 0.2mm diameter needle 2-3mm into Zusanli (ST36) and leave it in place for 15 minutes. This is done once a day for a total of four days.

直径0.2mmの鍼を足三里へ25mm刺入し，15分間鍼通電刺激を行う．鍼通電刺激は2Hzで15分間行う．これを1日一回，計4日間継続する．

Insert a 0.2mm diameter needle 25mm deep into Zusanli (ST36) and apply electroacupuncture stimulation for 15 minutes. The electroacupuncture stimulation is conducted at 2Hz for 15 minutes. This is done once a day for a total of four days.

服薬のないもの．
運動習慣（週３回以上）のないもの．
実験中の過度の飲酒を行わないもの．
LPS応答に影響するワクチンを接種していないもの．

Individuals not on medication.
Individuals without a habit of exercising three times a week or more.
Individuals who will not consume excessive alcohol during the experiment.
Individuals who have not received vaccines that affect the LPS response.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
