目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
アトピー性皮膚炎患者の皮膚において慢性的な炎症が生じているが、この際に産生される種々の炎症性サイトカインは色素沈着やしわ形成にも関与し、皮膚老化を促進する可能性が示唆されている。本試験では、アトピー性皮膚炎と健常者の老化にかかわる因子や老化徴候を比較することで、慢性的な炎症症状が皮膚の経年変化におよぼす影響を明らかにする。

Chronic inflammation has occurred in the skin of patients with atopic dermatitis, and various inflammatory cytokines produced during this process are also involved in pigmentation and wrinkle formation, suggesting that they may promote skin aging. This study compares factors and signs of aging associated with atopic dermatitis in healthy individuals to determine the effect of chronic inflammatory symptoms on skin chronological changes.

1)18歳以上の男女
2)アトピー性皮膚炎と診断を受けている者（アトピー性皮膚炎群）、皮膚疾患に罹患していない健康な者（健常群）
3)試験に参加するにあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、対象者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた者

1)Males and females aged 18 years or older
2)Those with a diagnosis of atopic dermatitis (atopic dermatitis group) and healthy individuals without skin disease (healthy group).
3)Subjects who have given adequate explanation for participating in the study and who have given written informed consent based on the subject's own free will with adequate understanding.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1)重篤な皮膚疾患がある場合
2)妊娠中および授乳中の者
3)その他、試験監督医師が本試験への参加を不適当と判断する者

1)In the presence of serious skin disease
2)Persons who are pregnant or breastfeeding
3)Other than the above, subjects who are judged by the supervisor to be inappropriate for participation in the study.

アトピー性皮膚炎の対象者の選定は事前アンケートにてアトピー性皮膚炎と診断を受けていると回答し、試験監督医師が試験に参加可能と判断し、かつ本試験への参加を希望する者とする。
健常者の対象者は事前アンケートにて皮膚疾患に罹患していないと回答した者とする。

The selection of subjects with atopic dermatitis responds that they have received a diagnosis of atopic dermatitis based on a questionnaire on skin distress in advance, and who wish to participate in this study.
Subjects who are healthy will be selected from those who based on a questionnaire on skin in advance, and who have responded that they are not suffering from skin diseases .
