主な結果/Results

日本語
1.303穿孔性潰瘍、119非穿孔性潰瘍が集積された。穿孔性潰瘍は十二指腸潰瘍、若年者、喫煙（＋）、飲酒（＋）に多く、性差、再発率では有意差がみられなかった。穿孔例、迷走神経切離術施行例は癌発生を抑制していた。
2．HLA-Cw1およびCw7, およびヘテロ型では　穿孔症例が少なく、HLA-Cw3では癌発生が抑制されていた。

1. Patients with (n = 303) and without (n = 119) PPU recruited from our member hospitals and more likely to have duodenal ulcers, young, consume alcohol, and smoke. There was no significant difference in sex and ulcer recurrence. Perforated peptic ulcer patients and patients who underwent vagotomy decreased risks of cancer development.
2. Patients harboring HLA-Cw1 and -Cw7 and their heterozygotes protected against PPU development, whereas HLA-Cw3 reduced cancer development.
