1.悪性疾患が疑われる膵管狭窄症例
2.ERCP施行後翌朝までENPDチューブを留置でき、膵液セルブロック、膵液細胞診用に膵液を回収できた症例

The patients with pancreatic duct stricture suspicious of malignancy
The patients who was able to place ENPD tube, and collect pancreatic juice for cytology and cell block method

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

１．20歳未満
２．ENPDが留置できず、膵液細胞診およびセルブロック法が行えなかった症例
３．ＥＲＣＰ施行前から確定診断が得られている症例
４．本人より文章による同意が得られない
５．その他、医師の判断により対象として不適当と考えられる症例

The patients who was not able to place ENBD
The patients who were already diagnosed cytologically or histologically before this study
Unwillingness to participate in this study
The patients who are otherwise judged by the investigator to be ineligible to participate in the study
