膵管空腸吻合部狭窄に伴う胆管結石に対するダブルバルーン小腸内視鏡を併用した内視鏡的逆行性胆道膵管造影（ERCP）による内視鏡治療の有効性、合併症を明らかにする。

独立因子は患者因子として年齢、性別、原疾患術前の糖尿病の有無、原疾患、最終術式（再建方法を含む）、手技因子として、バルーン拡張術の最大径、ステントのサイズと本数を収集する。一方、従属変数としてHbA1c、体重を収集し独立因子ごとに単変量解析を行い、さらにロジスティック回帰分析による各因子の比較を行う。また手技成功率、偶発症の頻度についても各独立因子によって単変量解析を行う。

Independent factors include patient factors such as age, gender, presence or absence of diabetes mellitus before surgery for the primary disease, primary disease, final surgical method (including reconstruction method), and procedural factors such as maximum diameter of balloon dilatation, size and number of stents. do. On the other hand, HbA1c and body weight were collected as dependent variables, univariate analysis was performed for each independent factor, and each factor was compared using logistic regression analysis. Univariate analysis will also be performed on the success rate of the procedure and the frequency of adverse events using each independent factor.
